blocked in India

hey guys,
Yeah its True the has been blocked in India as per notice given by DOT (Department of Telecommunications) is the most popular URL Shortened service used by many sites.
Its actually an issue of being worried for many bloggers as they're trying to earn some decent money with it and many or almost all their blog links are shortened using

As there is no such official announcement is given by Indian Government or Department Of telecommunication.

As far as the money is concerned for Indian users then there is no such announcement as well.

Users can still access on https instead of http.

However you can also bypass the blocking issue using a Proxy or VPN.

May be in future, the will settle the things with DOT and ask them to remove the Ban.

Till then its better if people in India start looking for an alternative.
